Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality behavioral therapy and support to children with developmental disabilities, including autism. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Vietnamese and English, capable of working Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM. The RBT will collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans, collect data, and promote positive behavior change in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Assist children with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior during therapy sessions to inform treatment plans.
- Implement individualized care plans developed by supervising clinicians, ensuring consistency and adherence to therapeutic goals.
- Support clients in developing communication, social, and behavioral skills through teaching strategies tailored to each child's needs.
- Maintain detailed medical documentation, including progress notes, behavior management reports, and updates to care plans while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure continuity of care and support the child's development.
- Uphold confidentiality of medical records and sensitive information in accordance with HIPAA standards.
- Participate in ongoing training related to behavioral health, special education, medical terminology, and behavior management techniques.
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Bilingual fluency in Vietnamese and English is required.
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management strategies, and teaching methodologies.
- Familiarity with medical documentation, care plans, medical terminology, and patient care procedures.
- Ability to collect and analyze data accurately during therapy sessions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach toward patients and families.
- Experience assisting with ADLs and supporting individuals in behavioral health settings is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Pay: $31.00 - $33.00 per hour
