Clinical Psychologist
Position:
We are searching for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic team of diagnosticians. The Psychologist will primarily conduct autism and cognitive assessments via telehealth and will be responsible for managing the clinical process from intake to family feedback. Administrative and scheduling responsibilities are fully handled by our support team, allowing the Psychologist to focus exclusively on high-quality clinical care.
· In person services at Kadiant/Attain centers only
· 8 Evaluation per week
· Full Time Salary $105,000-$120,000 (W2)
Responsibilities:
· Assessing and diagnosing clients for psychological, developmental, or behavioral disorders through in person and virtual evaluations
· Administering and interpreting psychometric tests in conducting diagnosis such as the ADOS, DP-4, SRS-2, WISC-V, WAIS-IV, BASC-3, and MACI-II
· Lead the intake process and conduct clinical interviews with families
· Collaborating with diagnostic team and other professionals to obtain relevant clinical information across settings
· Working with families and communicating diagnosis and recommendations
· Evaluating client through conversations, interviews, and observations to determine correct testing or examination
· Educating client families on the characteristics and symptoms associated with various diagnoses
· Referring patients to general resources like psychiatrists, treatment facilities, or community services
· Assessing client needs, and developing strategies to help the clients
· Maintaining good working relationships with interdisciplinary diagnostic teams to ensure highest quality care for clients and their families
· Writing and submitting thorough diagnostic reports within designated timelines
· Completing all administrative tasks associated with diagnostic evaluations in a timely manner
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program
- Current licensure as a psychologist in the state of Ohio (or eligibility for licensure)
· ADOS Certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience conducting psychological assessments for children aged 18 months and above, with a focus on autism evaluations
- Experience with telehealth assessments and remote administration of standardized tools
- Strong report writing skills and ability to integrate multi-source clinical data
- Excellent communication skills with children, families, and clinical staff
- Comfort working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary, and mostly remote team
· Tech-savvy with comfort using integrated platforms
· Calm and cool-headed with a positive attitude
· Self-directed and self-motivated
