Therapist ACSW/AMFT

This full-time associate position supports adolescents with mental health challenges by providing crisis intervention, assessments, individual, family, and group therapy, and case management services.

• Reports to: Head of Service/LCSW/LMFT and provides supervision in their absence.
• Conducts crisis intervention, intake assessments, and therapy to promote resident well-being.
• Coordinates aftercare and community support services, monitors treatment progress, and adjusts interventions as needed.
• Collaborates with psychiatrists, maintains documentation, and ensures compliance with policies and standards.
• Develops professional skills through ongoing training and participates in meetings and supervision.
• Provides aftercare for residents transitioning out of care facilities.
  
  

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy, valid licensure, background checks, and liability insurance. The role offers a salary starting around $72,000, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
