Seattle Naturopathy & Acupuncture Center is a naturopathic primary care clinic located in Madison Valley (central Seattle). We are a team of four NDs and one ND/LAc. Our ND/LAc is relocating, and we're seeking a provider to inherit and expand this established patient base.

Why Join Us

  • Our team provides full front desk and billing support so you can focus on patient care.
  • On top of inheriting an established patient panel, you'll also have a strong referral network from day one.
  • SNAC has been in this neighborhood since 1987, which means we have deep roots in the community and long-standing relationships with our patients. As one of our providers, you'll be part of that continuity while building your own practice within an established setting.

Compensation & Benefits

  • We offer a competitive commission rate with the opportunity to run two rooms, if desired.
  • After 6-12 months of employment, you'll have the opportunity to transition to a base salary with quarterly commission payouts.
  • This is a W-2 employee position, so you'll pay significantly less in taxes compared to independent contractor work.
  • SNAC covers licensing fees & malpractice insurance for all providers.
  • Full-time employees receive reimbursement for health insurance and continuing education.

Schedule

  • Start with two or thee days per week in one exam room.
  • As your schedule fills, you can expand up to four days per week in 1-2 rooms.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient intakes and provide individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide ND/LAc services safely and to standard, with a focus on patient care and comfort.
  • Complete and close charts in a timely manner.
  • Respond to patient and staff messages promptly.
  • Attend scheduled staff meetings.

Qualifications

  • Current Washington license in good standing.
  • At least one year of clinical experience.
  • Comfortable building relationships and growing your patient base.
