Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct counseling services to high school students.
- Support students in academic planning, personal development, and career guidance.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and families to address student needs and promote a positive school climate.
- Assist with crisis intervention and offer resources for mental health support.
- Manage caseload with attention to individual student needs.
