Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school district in San Antonio, TX is seeking a skilled School Psychologist to provide support at an elementary school serving grades K-8. This part-time contract position offers flexibility with an as-needed schedule and involves managing a K-8 caseload at a single school site for the current school year (CSY).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations to assess students cognitive, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success and well-being
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies and legal requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid school psychologist credential or license appropriate for Texas
• Experience working with elementary students across K-8 grade levels
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and counseling skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
