Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RBT to join our team in providing high-quality behavioral health services. The RBT will work closely with children with autism to implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA). This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives through evidence-based interventions and patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral therapy, working with children, and familiarity with medical documentation and HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs
- Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress to inform treatment adjustments
- Use behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
- Support clients during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment
- Maintain accurate medical records, care plans, and documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency of care
- Participate in ongoing training related to behavioral health, special education, and medical terminology
- Adhere to all policies regarding patient care, confidentiality, and medical documentation
Experience
- Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of ABA, behavior management strategies, and data collection methods is highly desirable
- Familiarity with medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and medical terminology is beneficial
- Background in special education or behavioral health fields will strengthen candidacy
- Strong teaching skills, patience, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations are essential
