Flywheel Centers is expanding across North New Jersey and hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through in-home ABA therapy.

This role serves families in Newark, Union, Passaic, and Bloomingdale, offering consistent afternoon hours and strong clinical support.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the home

• Follow individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA

• Help children build communication, independence, and life skills

• Track progress and session data

• Partner with families to support long-term success
