Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health professionals, including LAMFT, LSW, LAC, LPC, LCSW, and LMFT, to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. This role is essential in promoting emotional well-being and supporting clients through their healing journeys.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide individual counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients in acute distress or crisis situations.
- Engage in motivational interviewing to encourage client participation in their treatment process.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including intake forms, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Utilize EMR systems for efficient patient record management and data collection.
Requirements
- Valid licensure as LAMFT, LSW, LAC, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of practice.
- Strong background in psychotherapy techniques and behavioral therapy approaches.
- Experience working with children and families; familiarity with home and community care settings is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
