What We’re Looking For

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of car insurance
• Ability to travel between clients throughout Pinellas County
• Ability to pass a local and Level 2 federal background screening
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain various positions for extended periods
• Comfort working in natural environments (clinic, home, school) with caregivers or school staff present
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with BCBAs and the treatment team
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Fluent in spoken and written English

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field (or currently working toward one)
• At least 1 year of experience as an RBT
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
