Therapist / Mental Health Counselor
Location: Greenwood, Indiana
Schedule: Full-Time

Provive Wellness of Greenwood is hiring a pre-licensed therapist to join our growing outpatient team. You’ll receive clinical supervision, hands-on experience, and the chance to change lives every day while you build your career.
What You’ll Do
Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a supportive outpatient setting (PHP, IOP, and traditional outpatient).
Complete biopsychosocial assessments and help create person-centered treatment plans.
Use evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, MI, ACT, and trauma-informed care (training available).
Facilitate engaging group sessions — anxiety, coping skills, relapse prevention, self-esteem, life skills, etc.
Work closely with a friendly, multidisciplinary team (psychiatry, nursing, case management, clinical leadership).
Participate in clinical supervision toward licensure and professional development.
Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR (training provided).
What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
Actively working toward LPC, LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW licensure in Indiana.
Minimum 1 year of mental health or behavioral health experience
Strong communication skills, empathy, professionalism, and a desire to grow.
Bonus: experience with co-occurring disorders, group counseling, or higher levels of care (PHP/IOP).
