Assurance Health is seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team in Indianapolis, IN and Anderson, IN. This contract role is ideal for a compassionate, skilled professional committed to evidence-based care and improving mental wellness in our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic interviews
• Develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, psychodynamic approaches)
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in line with legal and ethical standards
• Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and care teams to support patient needs
• Monitor progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary
• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and coping tools
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution
• Current Ohio state license as a Psychologist
• Demonstrated experience in clinical or counseling settings
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools, therapeutic techniques, and treatment planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High ethical standards and dedication to confidentiality

Preferred Skills

• Specialization in adult and geriatric psychology, trauma-informed care
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Background in crisis intervention and risk assessment
• Research or publication experience a plus
