Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMJob Summary
Provide telehealth therapy to clients across North Carolina through structured sessions, clinical assessments, and organized documentation. This role is designed for steady weekday work and clear clinical processes.Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and ongoing telehealth sessions
- Document diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Track outcomes and revise treatment direction as needed
- Maintain timely EMR documentation
- Participate in consults and clinical meetings
- Follow safety and escalation protocols
- Active North Carolina license: LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
- Therapy experience preferred
- Strong documentation skills
- 2 weeks PTO
