Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

At ABATS, we foster a supportive and collaborative environment for both our clients and team members.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled BCBA to join our growing family of professionals, including experienced Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and fellow BCBAs.

Key Qualifications:

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and in good standing with the BACB.
Proven experience supervising Behavior Technicians and implementing ABA programs in home, school, or agency settings.
Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitude.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
TB, MMR & Tdap clearance
Bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality ABA services to individuals and families in a professional and compassionate manner.
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure their effective implementation.
Provide dynamic and engaging training for parents and staff, including interactive and lecture-based formats.
Supervise behavior technicians, monitor session quality, and provide timely feedback and support.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including parents, educators, and other professionals.
Participate in staff evaluations and quarterly performance reviews.
Report to the Clinical Director with updates on case progress and team performance.
Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices in ABA therapy.
