Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

At ABATS, we foster a supportive and collaborative environment for both our clients and team members.
We are seeking a passionate and skilled BCBA to join our growing family of professionals, including experienced Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and fellow BCBAs.
Key Qualifications:
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and in good standing with the BACB.
  • Proven experience supervising Behavior Technicians and implementing ABA programs in home, school, or agency settings.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • TB, MMR & Tdap clearance
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality ABA services to individuals and families in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure their effective implementation.
  • Provide dynamic and engaging training for parents and staff, including interactive and lecture-based formats.
  • Supervise behavior technicians, monitor session quality, and provide timely feedback and support.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including parents, educators, and other professionals.
  • Participate in staff evaluations and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Report to the Clinical Director with updates on case progress and team performance.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices in ABA therapy.
