Optimum Behavioral Health (OBH) is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. We offer both school-based and home/clinic-based positions to fit your schedule and career goals.
Available Positions
1. School Schedule RBT
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Setting: School-based position supporting students during the school day
- Role: Work directly in classrooms under the supervision of teachers and BCBAs to implement behavior intervention plans, support learning, and foster social and emotional development.
2. Full-Time or Part-Time Home & Clinic RBT
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible hours available)
- Setting: Home and clinic-based ABA sessions
- Role: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents, collect data, and collaborate with clinical supervisors to ensure each client’s success.

Qualifications
- Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working with children preferred
