We are hiring a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Paso Robles, CA

$15,000 RELOCATION BONUS (1-year commitment)

Join Developmental Specialty Partners (DSP Health) and be part of a collaborative team delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental needs in clinic, home, and school settings.

Your Impact as a BCBA:

• Provide clinical oversight for clients receiving 1:1 ABA therapy
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), intakes, and progress reviews
• Create individualized treatment plans with families
• Implement skill acquisition & behavior reduction programs
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and therapists
• Mentor and lead Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Support the development of social, emotional, cognitive, language, and adaptive life skills

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience with ASD, developmental disabilities, and ABA therapy
• Livescan DOJ/FBI background clearance & TB clearance
• Valid driver’s license
• California residency (or ability to relocate)
