Administrative Duties of Clinical Director:
- Ensure and clinic compliance is up to date in collaboration with Center Managers
- Weekly meetings with Director of Clinical Services
- Completing 1:1 clinical advisement meeting with supervising BCBAs
- Completing clinic checks with technicians/stakeholders/clients
- Completing and training using clinical quality checks with clients/ BCBAs
- Serving as the local clinical leader of the center; Overseeing BCBAs assigned to that clinic and the Center Manager
- Supporting training and licensure process for RBTs and/or transitioning RBTs to the company
- Oversight of hiring needs of RBTs and complete play interviews for candidates in collaboration with Operations (e.g. completing play interviews for RBTs for your center)
- Structure and complete clinical support meetings for established BCBAs on-site at the center (as they arise)
- Overseeing the clinic’s BCBA’s implementation of treatment plans, ensuring they align with best practice standards and meet individual client needs
- Collaborating with clinic BCBAs to ensure parents / caregivers are satisfied with clinical services and client progress is sustained long-term
- Support and manage local staff and day-to-day center tasks
- Ensure clinic compliance measures are up to date and maintained on-site in collaboration with Centers Managers and Operation team.
- Working collaboratively with the Center Manager and Operations Manager for staffing and operation needs
- Support clinic growth by completing intakes (when applicable) to support incoming BCBA’s caseload
- Supporting with tours and conversations with families in the intake process (when applicable)
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.

Clinical Director Billable Requirement:
- 55% billable (15hrs per week), 45% non-billable
- When clinic reaches 90% or more capacity, then move to 18 billable caseload.
What You'll Need:
- Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Valid and Active BCBA Certification
- Applicable licensure to practice within Georgia (in process)
- 3+ years experience as a BCBA
- 1+ year in a leadership/mentorship role
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Availability for 40 hour work week (need to be available 8:30-4:30 pm across clinic operation hours and support 2 open/close per week )
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $104,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
