Experteer Overview As Psychology Program Manager you lead complex clinical, training, research, or administrative programs at the Oakland Behavioral Health campus. You shape strategic plans, manage day-to-day operations, and optimize resources to deliver high-quality services for Veterans. You supervise multi-disciplinary staff and drive data-driven quality improvements aligned with policy and accreditation requirements. This role offers meaningful impact through program development, performance management, and cross-team coordination. You will help advance the facility’s mission to improve Veteran care through evidence-based practice and strategic leadership.
