Job Summary:

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Central Los Angeles. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with autism and related disorders. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism and related disorders

  • Implement and supervise ABA therapy sessions, ensuring high-quality services are delivered

  • Coordinate and collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and teachers, to ensure comprehensive support for clients

  • Develop and maintain accurate records of client progress and therapy sessions

  • Provide ongoing training and supervision to junior staff members

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)

  • Experience working with children with autism and related disorders

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices and ABA therapy methods

Compensation:

  • Annual salary: $90,000 - $105,000.02
