Precision Recruiting is partnering with an ABA organization seeking quality BCBAs.
This is an hourly position, paying $80–$100 per hour.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions that improve the quality of life for the clients you serve.

BCBA Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate behavioral needs.
• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Train and support staff on ABA-based strategies and behavior management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and updates.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and recommend appropriate interventions.

Required Skills

• Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong assessment and diagnostic evaluation skills.
• Knowledge of ABA methodologies, principles, and best practices.
• Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to collect, interpret, and apply data to guide treatment decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to client needs.
