Job Description:
Are you passionate about working with children and families? Do you want to make a meaningful, positive impact? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians/RBT, Paraprofessionals, or Teacher Assistants.

In this role, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), providing individualized support in home, school, and educational settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support to children with ASD
  • Implement individualized behavior and support plans under supervision
  • Collect and document data on client progress
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and clinical team members
  • Maintain a structured, positive, and supportive environment

Qualifications:

  • Passion for working with children and making a positive impact.
  • RBT Certificate (Preferred) or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professionalism, reliability, and consistency

Location: New York, NY (Serving all 5 boroughs)
