As our Clinical Director, you’ll oversee all clinical operations, mentor new BCBAs, and drive quality assurance while still engaging in hands-on BCBA work. Plus, we’re offering a competitive salary of $100,000 - $130,000 annually this job includes a strong bonus structure to reward your leadership and contributions to our success.

What You’ll Do:

BCBA Responsibilities:

Design and implement individualized ABA therapy programs for clients.

Conduct behavioral assessments (e.g., FBAs, VB-MAPP) and analyze data to guide treatment.

Provide in-home and telehealth sessions with manageable caseloads.

Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure quality client care.

Clinical Director Leadership:

Oversee all clinical operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery across the team.

Supervise and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff, including training new BCBAs as we grow.

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and training programs.

Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and BACB guidelines.

Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and foster a supportive team environment.

Assist in recruitment, budgeting, and aligning clinical services with company goals.

Represent Royal ABA in community outreach and advocacy efforts.

Who We’re Looking For:

Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

At least 3-5 years of BCBA experience, with 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.

Passion for mentoring, training, and leading a clinical team.

Strong organizational skills and a vision for quality assurance and company growth.

Ability to balance hands-on BCBA work with strategic leadership responsibilities.
