Social Worker

Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to clients, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and approaches.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine clients' needs and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as doctors and psychologists, to coordinate care for clients.
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and support services.
- Provide crisis intervention and support during emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Stay informed about current research, best practices, and legal and ethical standards in social work.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field perferred.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Social Worker perferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, psychopharmacology, and diagnostic evaluation.
- Experience working with individuals on with disabilities.
- Strong crisis intervention skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of different therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and Christian counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
