We are a leading mental health clinic specializing in innovative depression treatments, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato (esketamine) therapy. We’re seeking a reliable, patient-focused technician to join our team in delivering exceptional care with empathy, professionalism, and clinical precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer TMS and/or Spravato treatments in accordance with physician protocols
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment, ensuring patient comfort and proper setup
• Build rapport with patients and provide ongoing emotional support throughout their treatment journey
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure and patient reactions during sessions
• Troubleshoot coil placement and system setup to ensure safe and effective treatments
• Administer and review psychiatric rating scales, guiding patients as needed
• Maintain accurate session notes, schedule appointments, and manage insurance authorizations using EMR systems
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and care coordinators across multiple clinic locations
• Assist with general clinic administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• (LVN, LPT, or MA REQUIRED)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical or mental health care required
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to support patients with depression and anxiety
• Proficiency in EMR systems and medical scheduling software
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a mental health setting

Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
