Experteer Overview In this role you provide supervised clinical social work services to adults, children and families in both inpatient and outpatient settings, collaborating with families and other health care professionals. You develop action plans and therapy approaches, manage crises, and maintain thorough documentation. You work with cross-functional teams to support patient care and psycho-education, contributing to continuous improvement and community resources.
