Licensed Clinical Therapist (LPC/LCSW)

Full-time Clinical Therapist position in Dallas/Fort Worth, joining a multi-disciplinary team including Psychiatrists, Primary Care, Nurse Practitioners, and Counselors.

• Provide therapy through individual psychoeducational CBT sessions and conduct new patient evaluations.
• Serve as crisis clinician by assessing risk, offering crisis interventions, and supporting patients in emergencies.
• Build trusting relationships with diverse patients, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress, communicate with the treatment team, involve families when appropriate, and refer to specialists as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation, follow safety protocols, and uphold patient confidentiality.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and maintain licensure.
