Full-time Clinical Therapist position in Dallas/Fort Worth, joining a multi-disciplinary team including Psychiatrists, Primary Care, Nurse Practitioners, and Counselors.
- Provide therapy through individual psychoeducational CBT sessions and conduct new patient evaluations.
- Serve as crisis clinician by assessing risk, offering crisis interventions, and supporting patients in emergencies.
- Build trusting relationships with diverse patients, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress, communicate with the treatment team, involve families when appropriate, and refer to specialists as needed.
- Maintain thorough documentation, follow safety protocols, and uphold patient confidentiality.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and maintain licensure.
Qualifications include LPC or LCSW certification. The role offers benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, with a pay range of $60,000-$70,000 annually.
