Experteer Overview In this role you provide patient care and technical support in a clinical setting under supervision, following Kaiser policies and established protocols. You work with medical staff to support exams, procedures, and treatments, ensuring patient safety and confidentiality. You help manage patient flow, document care, and educate patients on health basics and home care. This position offers exposure to diverse clinical areas and emphasizes adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control. You will contribute to a team-driven, quality-focused care environment. Compensation / Benefits • Provide direct patient care within scope of education and protocols • Assist medical staff with procedures and diagnostics • Monitor patient conditions and notify physicians as needed • Prepare, administer and document medications • Maintain equipment, supplies, and infection control per policy • Document nursing assessments and patient information • Explain procedures to patients and educate on general health • Assist with venipuncture, wound care, and basic diagnostic tasks • Provide emergency response and basic CPR when required • Coordinate patient transportation and specimen handling • Support scheduling, record keeping, and communication within the department • Act as a team lead and trainer for new staff when needed Tasks • Vocational Nurse License (California) • Basic Life Support Key requirements •
