Experteer Overview In this BCBA role, you will oversee and guide ABA programs for children with autism, partnering with families and a multi-disciplinary team to deliver person-centered, assent-based treatment. You’ll supervise clinicians, review progress with funding sources, and ensure safe, ethical delivery of evidence-based interventions. The position fits within LEARN Behavioral’s collaborative network of over 500 BCBAs across 18 states, supporting growth and quality care. You’ll contribute to ongoing training, data-driven decision making, and program direction to help clients succeed in school and life.
