Virtual Care Coordinator

Required:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in health-related field.
Experience with TELEHEALTH and computers.
Experience with direct patient care – minimum 3

Shift:
Evening (3pm-11pm) OR Night (11pm-7am) Every other weekend is required.

Duties

• Schedule and coordinate virtual healthcare appointments for patients across various specialties
• Monitors Epic telehealth consult orders, scheduled consults, and scheduled follow up telehealth visits.
• Ensures that telehealth sessions begin as scheduled and are completed utilizing telehealth platform without issues.
• Assist patients with technical setup and troubleshoot common telehealth platform issues
• Provide administrative support including data entry, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications
• Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and telehealth sessions in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Educate patients on telehealth services, policies, and procedures to enhance engagement and compliance

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• direct patient care: 3 years (Preferred)
