Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Join a telehealth team supporting adults and teens across California. Your day will center on structured video sessions, clear clinical documentation, and practical care plans that fit into your clients' real lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions via secure video platform
• Complete intake assessments, including diagnostic impressions
• Create and review goal-focused treatment plans
• Monitor risk and escalate concerns according to protocol
• Offer clinical input in team meetings and peer reviews
• Support junior clinicians with informal clinical guidance when requested

• Active California license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC
• Master's or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field
• At least 1-2 years of post-licensure therapy experience preferred
• Comfortable using telehealth and electronic health record systems
