PQA Healthcare, Inc 2 has full time positions for Employment Specialist Professional in Surry, Stokes, and Forsyth county.

Employment Support Professional who may be either a Qualified Professional in mental health ( 4 year degree is required ). an Associate Professional ( 4 year degree is required) ,or a Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP) and has the required experience serving the MH/SA population.

Employment Specialist Professional (ESP) must have the following:

* Must have a valid NC driver license.

* Employment Specialist must have 4 year degree.

Employment Specialist Professional (ESP): Knowledge and application of the evidence-based model and applicable approaches as described in Table 1 is required. In addition to providing the Critical elements of IPS-SE (career profile, benefits counseling, behavioral health integration, addressing barriers to employment, rapid job search, systematic job development, support with disclosure, job accommodations/assistive technology, follow along supports, career and education development and ongoing skill building and psychiatric rehabilitation,)

ESPs are responsible for:

*Developing the Career Profile for individuals assigned to him or her;

*Meeting with clients in the community;

*Collaborating with EPMs, behavioral health providers, families, natural supports, housing, transportation, and other community service providers who support the individual;

*Coordinating services and assuring person-centeredness in the service planning process

*Developing relationships by meeting with employers in person by learning about their businesses, hiring practice, hiring preferences, and business priorities over multi visits.

*Completing all documentation on time per Fidelity requirements.

*Following NC CORE method of services

*Completing daily progress notes

Computer skills are required, including Microsoft 366 Word and Excel, Google Spreadsheets and ability to use fully integrated EHR ( Electronic Health Record)
