As a Patient Care Coordinator, you are often the first and last person our patients interact with—your warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail help set the tone for an outstanding patient experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients with a welcoming smile and ensure they feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive
- Provide administrative support to our healthcare team to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Schedule appointments and manage the patient calendar efficiently
- Answer phone calls and patient inquiries with kindness, clarity, and professionalism
- Maintain accurate patient records while protecting confidentiality
- Assist with insurance verification and claims processing
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow up on patient care plans
- Work closely with providers and team members to ensure smooth patient flow and a positive experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office is preferred
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, patient-focused approach
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort using office software and electronic medical record systems
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others
