What You Bring
- Current BCBA certification and PA Behavior Specialist License
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet physical requirements (with or without accommodation)
- Proficiency with computers and experience in Electronic Health Records
Your Role
- Provide ABA services to children ages 3–12 in home, school, and community settings
- Conduct functional analyses and skills-based assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver parent training and support
- Supervise ABA Behavioral Health Technicians (ABA-BHTs) and ensure quality implementation
- Contribute to the development and delivery of ABA training programs for staff
- Maintain ethical, effective services aligned with best practices and regulatory standards
