is seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) to join our APA-approved, clinician-led behavioral health team. Since 1995, CHE has been a national leader in adult and geriatric mental health, serving 100,000+ patients across 800+ skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in 11+ states.

Position Highlights

Full-time or part-time opportunities
Create your own schedule (Mon–Fri, 7 AM–7 PM)
No nights, weekends, or on-call
No cancellations + steady, reliable caseload
Work close to home in partnered facilities
Ideal for newly licensed LMHCs or clinicians seeking supplemental work

Requirements

Master’s degree
Active LMHC license in state of practice
