We are seeking an on-site, Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient calendars efficiently.
  • Verify insurance information and process billing support.
  • Maintain accurate patient records with attention to detail.
  • Coordinate communication between patients and medical staff.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support clinic operations.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a medical office setting.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with medical billing or insurance processing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with healthcare software systems preferred.
  • Prior experience in a podiatry office is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
