Miami Vibes Counseling Center is a collaborative, inclusive private practice dedicated to providing high-quality, culturally responsive mental health care. We are currently seeking fully licensed psychotherapists to join our growing team.

Our clinicians are supported through consistent individual and group supervision, a steady referral stream, full administrative and billing support, and a positive team culture, allowing you to focus on what matters most—clinical care.

Position Overview

We are hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and Licensed Psychologists (PsyD or PhD) to provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples/relationships, and/or families, both in person and via telehealth.

This position will begin part-time during the credentialing process, with the opportunity to build a fuller caseload over time. Hybrid availability is required, with in-person sessions ideally on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What We’re Looking For

• Fully licensed psychotherapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD)
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with adults (experience with children, teens, or couples is a plus)
• Interest in maintaining or growing a caseload within a supportive team
• Availability for weekday daytime hours
• At least one evening per week preferred (not required)
• Weekend availability optional
• Prior private practice experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based psychotherapy
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA
• Collaborate with colleagues for consultation and coordinated care
