We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Fillmore, CA . Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize medical terminology and documentation skills to maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral issues and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques and best practices.
- Stay updated on current research and developments in the field of behavioral analysis.
Qualifications
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health concepts and special education practices.
- Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and data collection methods.
- Familiarity with medical documentation processes and medical records management.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
