Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Fillmore, CA . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and special education, with the ability to conduct patient assessments and develop effective treatment plans. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges through evidence-based practices.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize medical terminology and documentation skills to maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral issues and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques and best practices.
• Stay updated on current research and developments in the field of behavioral analysis.

Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Strong understanding of behavioral health concepts and special education practices.
• Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and data collection methods.
• Familiarity with medical documentation processes and medical records management.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• A patient-centered approach with a commitment to improving client outcomes through compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

Salary: $80-$90 per hour.
