Reports To: Health & Wellness Director / Tribute Program Director

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Resident Care Coordinator to join our Health & Wellness team and make a lasting difference in the lives of our residents.As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll supervise and support our care staff, ensure the highest quality of resident care, and help create a safe, positive, and enriching environment for everyone in our community.
