As a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) at New Story Schools, you will play a critical part in helping students build skills that lead to independence, confidence, and meaningful progress. As a BCaBA, you will partner with educators, clinicians, and families to support individualized behavior plans and strengthen learning environments across in-person, virtual, and hybrid settings.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree and active BCaBA certification
- At least two (2) years of experience supporting children with behavioral needs using ABA principles
- Working knowledge of special education regulations and IEP processes
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build trust with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
What You’ll Do
- Maintain a student caseload and support behavior plan development aligned to IEP goals
- Coach and support staff in behavior modification strategies using ABA principles
- Prepare documentation and track timelines for IEPs, behavior plans, and reevaluations
- Collaborate with behavior analysts and school leaders to strengthen schoolwide practices
- Partner with families to encourage involvement and consistency across environments
