School Psychologist - Cleveland, OH | Remote Virtual Services

VocoVision provides virtual school psychology services throughout Ohio, and we're adding to our team of experienced professionals who deliver high-quality assessments, interventions, and consultation to students through teletherapy platforms.

This remote school psychologist position involves working with 45-55 students in grades K-8, dedicating 37.5 hours weekly to comprehensive psychological services. You'll conduct evaluations, provide counseling and behavioral support, collaborate with special education teams, and consult with familiesall key components of effective school psychology practice, delivered virtually to expand access for students who need these services.

Your Responsibilities Will Include: Administering and scoring psychoeducational assessments using virtual protocols / Writing evaluation reports that synthesize data and provide actionable recommendations / Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to determine special education eligibility / Providing direct counseling services to students with emotional and behavioral needs / Developing behavior plans and consulting on their implementation / Monitoring student progress toward IEP goals and adjusting supports as needed / Collaborating with teachers about effective classroom strategies / Consulting with parents about supporting their child's development / Responding to student crises with appropriate assessment and intervention / Maintaining all required documentation and meeting compliance deadlines

Qualifications and Credentials: You must hold an active school psychologist license in Ohio, have a Master's degree, and bring at least 2 years of school-based experience. Deep knowledge of special education processes and regulations is essential, as are strong assessment skills and the ability to interpret results meaningfully. You should communicate clearly and professionally with students, families, and colleagues, work independently with minimal supervision, and adapt traditional practices to virtual formats. Cultural competence and ethical decision-making guide all aspects of your work.

Technology Needs: Reliable internet connection, confidential home office, computer with quality webcam and microphone, comfort learning new platforms.
