Location: Ridgecrest, CA 93555
Duration: 19 Weeks
Shift: Day | 4x8-Hour | 8:45 AM – 3:10 PM
Pay Rate: $40–$45 per hour

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Behavior Technician for an exciting job in Ridgecrest, CA.

Schedule & Hours

  • Monday–Friday (5 days per week)

  • 8:45 AM – 3:15 PM (includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch)

  • 30 billable hours per week

  • Work Setting: In-person only

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention strategies aligned with individualized student plans.

  • Provide direct behavioral support in classroom and school environments.

  • Accurately collect, track, and report behavioral and educational data.

  • Collaborate with teachers, supervisors, and school personnel to support student development.

  • Follow all school, district, and program policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification at the time of submission.

  • Active CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification.

  • Ability to work onsite at the Ridgecrest, CA school location.

  • Candidates located in California preferred; out-of-state applicants will also be considered.
