Available Contract Locations

We are actively hiring in:
Susanville, Ione, Corcoran, Stockton, Crescent City, Soledad, Represa, and San Quentin.

Responsibilities

· Provide clinical social work services to individuals with mental health, medical, developmental, or behavioral needs

· Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and prepare diagnostic summaries

· Develop and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

· Deliver trauma-informed individual and group therapy

· Perform suicide prevention assessments and crisis interventions

· Participate in risk assessments and level-of-care evaluations

· Coordinate discharge planning and link patients to community resources

· Communicate with families, legal entities, and community agencies as needed

Qualifications

· Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California

· Minimum 12 months of experience

· Current BLS/CPR (AHA)

· Current TB test or chest X-ray

· Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems

· Strong clinical judgment and crisis-management skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication
