Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Qualified Mental Health Professional, where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to individuals facing mental health challenges. You will utilize your expertise in various therapeutic techniques to foster healing and growth, while collaborating with a diverse range of clients, including children, families, teens, and adults. Your contributions will make a meaningful impact on the lives of those you serve!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide skills training and case management for children, youth, and adults
• Deliver services directly in the community, including clients’ homes, schools, and other natural environments
• Support clients in building resilience and functioning successfully in their communities
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality behavioral health services

What We’re Looking For:

• Must reside in North Houston.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field (e.g. Psychology, Sociology, Gerontology, Social Work, Public Health, etc.)
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the behavioral health field
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Compassion and commitment to empowering clients and families
• Work some evening hours such as (4pm - 8pm to accommodate school aged children)
• Bilingual highly preferred but not required
