Schedule & Caseload:

• Minimum 25 client sessions per week - Salary based on 49 work week per year
• 4-8-hour shifts
• Choose your own hours (days) (4 or 5 day work week)
• Evening and weekend availability welcome (but not required)

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree or higher (required)
• License/Certification: Fully licensed in Texas (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, DMFT), or on track to be fully licensed within 3–4 months (required)
• Work Location: Hybrid — in-person in FATE/ROCKWALL TX 75087 and remote/telehealth as appropriate
• Ability to Commute: Must be able to commute to Fate/Rockwall for in-person sessions

Position Details:

• Job Types: Full-time - W2 employee
• Pay Range: $75,000- 110,000+ per year based on caseload of 25-30 sessions per week
• Client Population: Children, Teens, adults, couples, families (based on clinician specialty)

Specialty areas are highly welcomed:

- Couples Therapy

- Child - Play Therapy

- EMDR Trained or Certified

- Brainspotting

- Somatic work, and neurodivergence

- Specialty Certifications (CBT/Trauma)
