Your Role: Intake Coordinator Extraordinaire
As an Intake Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our hiring process and operational flow. You’ll support clients, lead recruitment and retention efforts, coordinate training, and serve as the warm, welcoming first contact for families seeking services.

Qualifications
- Language: Bilingual in Spanish is a plus and helps us better serve our diverse community.
- Education: College degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted. High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Background in ABA, behavioral health, child development, or customer service strongly preferred.
Your Impact
- Manage the full provider recruitment cycle from interviewing to hiring
- Maintain data and reporting using Google platforms and spreadsheets
- Represent AACT’s mission with integrity and passion
- Guide new providers through onboarding and training
- Coordinate provider–client matching for seamless support
- Serve as a bridge between families, providers, and supervisors
- Navigate the Arizona database with confidence
- Offer solutions and support for questions or concerns
- Engage with the community at events that matter
