Affiliated Audiology Consultants, Inc. is a busy private-practice health-care provider specializing in hearing care for the community of Phoenix and surrounding areas.

We are seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator for our beautiful office in the Scottsdale/Paradise Valley area of Phoenix, Arizona. We offer a competitive hourly wage, benefits, and a friendly, professional atmosphere.

Responsibilities of this role include:

• Warmly greeting patients and other visitors
• Answering phones in a prompt and courteous manner
• Converting calls into scheduled appointments
• Accurately entering and updating all patient information, including intake forms, insurance referrals, and invoices
• Verifiying health insurance benefits
• Maintaining excellent working relationships with patients, vendors, colleagues, etc.
