With a 14+ year track record as a premier provider of Drug & Alcohol (D&A) and court-referred outpatient services in Monroe County, PA, we are seeking an autonomous clinical partner.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced professional seeking autonomy and highly competitive, performance-based compensation in a flexible contract role.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS (MUST-HAVES)

• Active and Independent Clinical License required in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated expertise in the treatment of Substance Use Disorders (SUDs).
• Proven experience (3+ years preferred) with court-referred services and clinical reporting.
• Ability to work with high autonomy and manage a flexible schedule.
• CAC or CAADC certification is highly desired.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the facilitation of D&A therapeutic and psychoeducational groups.
• Conduct D&A assessments and complete accurate clinical and court reporting.
• Provide individual counseling services for our established base of court-referred clientele.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and ensure compliance with professional standards.
