Licensed School Psychologist Needed in Delaware

Counseling Other Behavioral, Mental, or Healthcare Field Psychology

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.


The district is seeking a committed and flexible School Psychologist to support students across multiple grade levels, from preschool through high school. This full-time, onsite role involves providing comprehensive psychological services to meet a wide range of academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations

  • Support a multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS)

  • Provide individual and small-group counseling/interventions

  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

  • Offer consultative support to teachers, administrators, and families

  • Maintain documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds active DE School Psychologist licensure

  • Has prior experience in school settings (preferred, not required)

  • Can work across varied age groups and adapt to diverse student needs

  • Is reliable, collaborative, and comfortable working fully onsite
