National Therapy Center has been providing exceptional ABA services to children on the autism spectrum since 2013. We are passionate about ABA therapy and focus on maximizing each child's potential to give them a life of independence, happiness, and success. We prioritize goals and programming that are important to each learner's own hopes, dreams, goals, and values.
We are currently seeking a full time Clinical Director/BCBA to provide staff oversight, observations, supervision of cases, and training at one of our clinics located in DC. Qualified candidates must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

- Oversee and manage the clinical operations of the organization
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff
- Conduct measurable assessments and create evidence based treatment plans to target skills that relate to the core deficits of Autism.
- Provide caring support to the caregivers to ensure they understand the assessment results and treatment recommendations.
- Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to Behavior Technicians
- Analyze ABA data regularly and implement data driven program changes
- Ensure the highest level of care through rigorous review of behavior plans, treatment plans, and clinical data.
- Share in joy of your client's family as they watch their child reach his/her potential!
- Current BCBA license.
- Outstanding clinical competence and judgment
- BCBA with strong leadership skills.
