PsychPros is is a nationally recognized leader in behavioral healthcare staffing and recruiting. We are currently hiring a Housing Case Manager to work full-time in Covington, KY.
Qualifications-
- Bachelor’s degree in social service related field is required.
- Minimum of one year experience in social service field is required.
- Driver's license and daily access to personal vehicle is required.
Pay-
- $20/hour
- Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
- Maintain caseload of up to 35 clients
- Develop appropriate case plans and goals for obtaining stable income and housing
- Provides on-going assessment and support to clients
- Help program participants utilize community resources to meet their individual needs
- Regularly conduct home visits with clients to review budget, bill paying, and review issues that impact income and housing
- Provide transportation for clients as needed
